Hello! I am Melissa. I graduated cum laude from SUNY Oneonta with a bachelors in science in psychology in 2015 and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Russell Sage Colleges in 2021. During my studies I developed a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy, inspired by friends and family facing chronic pelvic floor dysfunction. As a student, I began my training through the Herman and Wallace Institute solidifying my commitment to this speciality. After graduating I started my career in acute care at Lourdes Hospital, with the goal of transitioning to pelvic rehabilitation. I am currently pursuing advanced training through the Herman and Wallace Institute to enhance my knowledge and skills to better assist my patients to achieve their goals.
