Pelvic Health Rehabilitation Certified

Hello! I am Jennifer I graduated from SUNY Cortland Summa cum laude in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and with Honors from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2013 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. The first five years of my career I spent working as an Orthopedic PT where I completed extensive continuing education in manual therapy techniques (NAIOMT), McKenzie Method, and Mulligan Technique.
In 2018 I was inspired by my sister's journey through postpartum rehab recognizing the important role the Pelvic Floor plays even within traditional orthopedic treatment. I have since trained under numerous international leaders in pelvic health through the Herman and Wallace Institute. I completed my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2021 and have dedicated my career to the field of Pelvic Health PT as a regular Teachers Assistant through H&W Institute.

In 2017 I  moved to Vail, Colorado and was hired by Howard Head Sports Medicine where I had the pleasure of working with some of the worlds most prestigious surgical groups such as The Steadman Clinic. In 2019 I began working with a wonderful mentor to specialize in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy where I recognized the significant role the Pelvic Floor plays in rehab and sport. I have since dedicated my career to Pelvic Health by undergoing extensive training in Pelvic Health through the Herman and Wallace Institute, as well as continuing eduction through Julie Wiebe on Female Athletes and Pelvic Floor Rehab.
